Several points you need check after you got XTLASER machine

This blog for customers who have already worked with XTLASER. After you got machine, pls follow those steps: 

 1. Unpack the wooden case to check if machine in good condition.
2. You'd better tighten the screw again if necessary because maybe the screw loose during the transportation.
3.You will find a piece of power supply line in machine, just like photo show.

You will see 3 colors wire, red, yellow and black. We reserve them for you to connect with your air switch. Engineer said, air swtich is safe for industrial machine. (Notice: from 2015, we changed this point, use plug instead of reserved wires.)

4. Before you start laptop/industrial PC, pls insert "dongle" to laptop/Industrial PC. Dongle photo as following: (also pls do not miss dongle, if you miss, you cannot start EZCAD software.) (Dongle also in different color, just like U disk.) [from 2015, all EZCAD card already update, no need external dongle, all with build-in dongle.]


5. As for fixture bars, we always fix them on work table before delivery, just like photo shows: 

 You can fix bars as your product. If you use it well, it will improve your work efficiency obviously.  Fox example, you want to mark electrical meter, then you can fix as photo shows. Then you needn't find right position everytime.

6. The last but not least, laser transmission by fiber laser cable. So if the cable broken, you cannot use machine. So please pay attention the yellow fiber laser cable, do not bend it. 



7. When you don't need machine, pls cover the glavo head and keep the lens in clean condition. 

Besides, after you open machine and computer. Pls check if you have relaxed "E-stop" button. Sometimes, we always press it down before delivery. Pls remember check E-stop button and release this button before you start to work.

BE CAREFUL!!!!!! The difference between genuine Raycus laser source and fake Raycus laser source 20w 30w

We just got a news from Raycus technician, now in market, some suppliers are using genuine Raycus 20w instead of genuine Raycus 30w to save cost and earn money, everything seems same, just the tag is different. Pls check below photo: Model number: RFL-P30Q are genuine 30w Raycus; Model number: RFL-P30QE are genuine 20w Raycus, but some suppliers buy this 20 laser source, then re-make a new tag, paste on laser source, tag mention RFL-P30Q E to cheat customers.  Raycus company state they only produce RFL-P30Q , not produce RFL-P30QE .
